- Candidate information — name, email address, and video recordings submitted as part of a job application.
- Hiring team information — name, email address, and organization details provided during account creation.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the platform. We do not track you across other websites.
- Notification preferences — whether you opted in to hear about similar positions.
How we use your data
- To match candidates with jobs they have applied to.
- To allow hiring teams to review video applications for their open positions.
- To send notifications you have opted into (such as similar job alerts).
- To improve the platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
Who sees your data
We strictly limit who can access your information:
- Your video recordings and contact details are shared only with the hiring team for the specific job you applied to.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage) who process it on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
Data retention
- Video recordings are retained while the job posting is active.
- Once a job is closed, videos are archived and may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
- Hiring team account data is retained for as long as the account is active.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion — request that we delete your data. Candidates can request deletion by emailing us. We will process deletion requests promptly.
Cookies
We use minimal, functional cookies only. These are necessary for authentication,
session management, and remembering your preferences. We do not use cookies for
advertising or cross-site tracking.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes,
we will notify users through the platform or by email. The "last updated" date at the
top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
